Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager for our valued client, a dynamic and rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in podiatry services. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting a collaborative and fast-moving team.

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of the billing, collections, and reimbursement process within the podiatry practice. This position will lead a small team, ensure timely and accurate AR management, and implement best practices to maximize revenue capture. RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, and AR management
  • Supervise and mentor a team of three revenue cycle professionals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner with leadership to resolve complex billing and reimbursement issues
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, coding standards, and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize systems and improve cash flow performance
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proven expertise in revenue cycle management within a medical or healthcare environment
  • Strong knowledge of podiatry billing and coding practices
  • Proficiency with AR processes and insurance follow-up procedures
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and leverage EHR and billing systems
  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

    This role offers a competitive pay rate aligned with experience, ranging from $72,000 to $85,000 annually when converted to an equivalent salary. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and access to company-provided equipment.
