Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Long Term Care Discipline : LPN / LVN Start Date : 12 / 22 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Shift : Variable : 13-week assignment : 12-hour shifts = 6 shifts x 2-week period Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.
