Job Title : Program Specialist

Duration : 8-9 months with possible extension

Location : 1645 E. Roosevelt St. Phoenix, AZ 85006

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key programs and initiatives. In this role, you'll manage documentation, track deliverables, and support day-to-day operations across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and program support, including scheduling, reporting, and data analysis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with creating materials using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution
• Monitor timelines and help ensure project milestones are met
