Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with deep expertise in retail fixtures, branded environments, and custom display solutions. This role is strategic and relationship-focused, tasked with expanding Mack Studios' market presence, securing new projects, and building lasting partnerships with general contractors, marketing agencies, architects, and designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, design firms, architects, general contractors, and owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities in high-end commercial, retail, and tradeshow markets.
• Partner with estimating and project management teams to create compelling, accurate proposals.
• Manage an active pipeline of opportunities and track progress through the sales cycle.
• Represent Mack Studios at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and client site visits.
