We're a patient-focused, modern dental office located adjacent to downtown Grand Rapids, seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our great and fun team. Position Details:

• Full-time: Monday through Thursday

About Us: Our practice emphasizes quality over quantity, focusing on building long-term patient relationships and providing thorough, comprehensive dental care. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing)
• Conduct oral health assessments and screenings for signs of disease
• Take and develop digital X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized home care
• Chart patient conditions and collaborate with the dentist on treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient education and relationships
• Experience in a patient-centered practice is a plus
