Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Analyst to drive compliance practices across IT systems. This role ensures IT operations meet high-quality standards and remain aligned with regulatory requirements for GxP and SOX. The analyst will collaborate with IT teams, QA, and Finance / SOX leadership to align compliance activities and achieve successful audit outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement IT compliance frameworks, including SOX and GxP scopes.

Manage IT systems' SOX Governance, Risk, and Compliance (SAP-GRC) framework and operations.

Oversee SOX evidence collection, data analysis, corrective actions, and participate in audits.

Conduct SOX Segregation of Duty (SoD) analysis and related activities.

Ensure IT Product Owners and teams operate SOX procedures correctly and manage exceptions.

Collaborate with business partners to set priorities and achieve reliable, high-quality compliance results.

Represent IT operational requirements and philosophy to cross-functional teams.

Experience & Qualifications :

5+ years of experience with SOX compliance.

3+ years managing SAP-GRC, ITGC, and SOX processes.

Experience leading IT GxP compliance practices.

Knowledge of operating and testing SOX controls (preferred).

General understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and its application to IT.

Familiarity with IT development lifecycle and support methodologies.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage consultants or Managed Service Providers.
