Key Responsibilities

Help product teams achieve "Product-Community Fit" by driving success and creating a valuable playbook

Develop the Minimal Viable Community framework to build relationships and gather feedback from potential community members

Manage a community calendar of engagement opportunities aligned with product team objectives

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in a community or marketing role

Solid experience in a complementary area of marketing communications

Strong knowledge of community platforms and their commercial applications

Experience with data-driven approaches and understanding of blockchain technologies preferred

Proven ability to develop and execute community and marketing strategies
