- skilled, motivated HVAC Foreman
- to lead our HVAC installation crews on new construction, remodel projects and retro fits.

What You’ll DoLead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial construction sites.Review blueprints and mechanical layouts to plan daily tasks.Oversee installation of ductwork, equipment, and mechanical systems.Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to keep jobs moving smoothly.Ensure work meets code, quality standards, and project timelines.Train and mentor installers and apprentices.Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.Minimum requirements of the HVAC Foreman :5+ years of HVAC installation experience in construction.Previous leadership or lead installer experience preferred.Strong knowledge of duct systems, mechanical layout, and new-construction workflows.EPA certification for handling refrigerant or willing to obtainAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and without direct supervisionProficient in use of computer programs and technology related to the positionAfter hours / on-call service availabilityLift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spacesObserve all company procedures and safety rulesMaintain accurate time records and send to payroll when requiredWell groomed, neat appearanceValid driver’s license; HVAC certifications a plus.Why You'll Love Working at Gilk ServicesFamily-owned culture with a supportive, close-knit team.Competitive pay based on experience.Growth opportunities as our company continues to expand.Consistent work and diverse projects—no two days look the same.We value craftsmanship, integrity, and people who take pride in what they do.Benefits of the HVAC technician :Competitive wage / bonusesHealth Insurance w / company HSA contributionRetirement saving with company matchVacation & Holiday PayCompany VehiclePersonnel cell phone reimbursement or company phoneFocus on continued education and developmentDirect Deposit - paid bi-weeklyJob Type : Full-time
