Registered Nurse

Registered nurse needed for a contract position in Beverly, Mass.

The position is in Family / Internal medicine.

M-F 8 : 30-5.

• Triage
• Obtain patient medical history
• Completes and documents a medication assessment
• Immunizations
• Medication injections- must have a minimum of one year’s experience
• Outpatient tests
• Referrals to Physician for tests, procedures
• Documentation on Epic
• One year of recent experience in Ambulatory care
• Flu vaccine
• Covid vaccine
