About the Opportunity

We are looking for leadership-oriented managers aiming to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office. The Fast Track Management Program begins with you as a financial professional, working closely with clients to build your experience. Upon meeting program requirements, you will transition into management as an associate partner.

Training, Support, and Development

We offer a comprehensive three-year training program, marketing support, prospecting, and technical assistance. You will work with successful agents and managers who will help you develop your clientele. As part of a Fortune 100 company, New York Life provides extensive resources and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, long-term strategies and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
• Present solutions using our range of financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
• Hire and lead a team of financial professionals as an associate partner.
• Participate in our six-month intensive Associate Partner Training Program.
• Complete program requirements to join the management team as an associate partner.

$110,000 - $130,000 annually
