Evening Entertainment Group is looking for experienced Facilities Maintenance technicians to join our team! Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities :

• Handyman ability to perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, toilets, etc.
• Maintain, install, and service appliances and equipment as needed.
• Maintain grounds, including power washing and upholstery upkeep, painting, collecting trash, etc.
• Perform necessary cleaning activities, high dusting club lights, TVs, trash and dumpster, storage, etc.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and changing filters.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems.
• Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems.
• Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions.
• Report to General Manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress.
• Must provide valid driver's licenses & reliable transportation, some basic hand and power tools.
