• Make recommendation for timely repair, maintenance, and upkeep of all kitchen equipment and / or mechanical systems
• Lead the process of food preparation during meal periods
• Supervise the Food and Beverage team to include efficient staffing, team member development and training, performance management and policy enforcement
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority, refer the matter to management, and notify supervisor and / or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possess a certification and / or degree from an accredited culinary program preferred
• Two years of prior culinary supervisory / management experience in a quality food and beverage establishment
• One year of prior relevant experience in a three-diamond (AAA Rated) restaurant preferred THE PERKS & BENEFITS :
