What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner from the dispatch post. Communicate promptly with on-site personnel and emergency responders to coordinate assistance and relay information as required. Maintain accurate logs and records of calls, incidents, and dispatch activity according to site protocols. Assist in monitoring surveillance systems and access control systems to help to deter unauthorized activity within the financial institution location. Support Allied Universal team members and local staff by providing timely information and updates during incidents and / or emergencies. Minimum Requirements : Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
