Job Description & Requirements

• Shift : 12 hours, days
• Employment Type : Travel
• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians in an acute care setting.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assist in wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and other technical nursing procedures.
• Support physicians during examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions.
