Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager at our Denver, Colorado location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain inventory. Responsibilities include training employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, handling customer inquiries, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Prior experience in a retail environment is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
