Description :
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Office Support professional with a technical or mechanical background. This position involves supporting office operations with a focus on inventory, customer service, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and organizing parts.
- Provide front-line customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Support internal teams with administrative and technical tasks.
- Track and document incoming and outgoing parts or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other office support duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.Previous experience in a parts store, warehouse, or inventory role is a plus.Strong customer service and communication skills.Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools or equipment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry and record keeping.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Punctual and reliable.
