Are you a seasoned Millwright with a passion for the Manufacturing industry? We are seeking a Millwright who is excited to work with a dynamic team in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This is not just a job, but an opportunity to utilize your skills in Industrial, Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Equipment, Troubleshooting, Machine installation, improvement, Fabrication, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Conveyor, Sawmill, timber, lumber, Kilns, diagnostic, and Reliability.
Responsibilities :
As a Millwright, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
1. Performing preventive and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, sawmills, kilns, and other machinery.
3. Fabricating parts and components to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
4. Installing and maintaining machinery in accordance with specifications and timelines.
5. Performing corrective maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
6. Working with timber, lumber, and other materials in the sawmill and kiln operations.
7. Constantly monitoring the performance of equipment and machinery, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive solutions.
8. Collaborating with other team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall plant efficiency.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Millwright position will have the following qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Millwright in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
3. Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conveyors, sawmills, kilns, and other related machinery.
4. Proficiency in machine installation, troubleshooting, and fabrication.
5. Experience working with timber, lumber, and other related materials.
6. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving equipment reliability.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
