A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Commercial Revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate complex SaaS agreements with Fortune 500 companies and emerging unicorns
Create playbooks and templates that scale across the global sales organization
Tackle novel legal challenges in fintech, payments, and commerce
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in crafting complex commercial agreements
Experience in both BigLaw and in-house legal environments
Deep expertise in SaaS and data privacy
Experience in high-growth tech environments
Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, and ecommerce law
