A leading insurance agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Insurance Producer to join their team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the personal insurance sector. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
• Assess clients' risk profiles and insurance needs, providing expert advice on personal insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, outlining coverage options, terms, and pricing.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to secure the most favorable coverage.
• Ensure accurate policy issuance and documentation, manage policy endorsements, and assist with claims when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure all transactions and documentation are in compliance with industry standards and laws.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
