Now Hiring : Stacker / Packer – 2nd Shift

Location : New Holland, PA

Pay : $18.50 / hour (depending on shift) | Temp-to-Hire | Immediate Start

Allegiance Staffing is seeking motivated Stacker / Packers to join a growing food production facility in New Holland, PA. These positions are hands-on, fast-paced, and offer long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

What You’ll Do

Package, stack, seal, label, and box products

Inspect products, packaging, and codes to ensure quality standards are met

Assemble boxes and operate basic packaging equipment

Move materials using hand jacks and scales as needed

Assist with line setups, changeovers, and general production support

Keep work areas clean and follow all GMP and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Must be 18+ years old with ability to read, write, and speak English

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and bend, twist, stand for long periods

6 months–1 year of experience in food production, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred (not required)

Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation to New Holland, PA
