Job description

Property Manager - Residential Apartment Complex

Location : West Saint Paul, MN

Type : Direct Hire

Pay : $25-$28 / hr

About the Property

This 80-unit apartment complex spans three buildings and is supported by a full-time maintenance technician and caretaker. The Property Manager will be the sole onsite management professional, responsible for overseeing daily operations and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain high occupancy and leasing standards
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain resident files
  • Monitor curb appeal and coordinate maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance requests and communicate timelines to residents
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Assist with basic cleaning and seasonal tasks (e.g., vacuuming common areas, snow / ice removal)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Experience with Yardi Breeze preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred (training provided)
  • Schedule

  • Mon-Thurs : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
  • Fri : 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
  • Must be available on the 1st and last day of each month , even if it falls on a weekend, to support resident move-ins / outs.
