Base pay range : $100,000 – $130,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and achievements. Eligible for annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans.
• Perform and manage advanced audit of Universal Service Fund contributors or beneficiaries.
• Provide coaching and supervision to audit staff.
• Oversee audit staff activities ensuring effectiveness of assigned projects.
• Provide daily support to audit staff, including communication, status updates, and guidance.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination of audit staff work.
• Review and assess audit progress, identifying potential delays or roadblocks and risk areas.
• Collaborate with senior management on audit risk identification, reporting, and evaluation.
• Facilitate remediation of deficiencies with process owners.
• Apply audit standards and performance criteria to produce quality deliverables.
• Review audit findings and communicate results to management, proposing improvements.
• Develop audit procedures and programs to achieve audit objectives.
• Handle human resources activities such as performance evaluation and staff selection.
• Provide feedback on work papers and audit reports.
• Communicate audit status and results via written reports and oral presentations.
• Coordinate outsourced audits and hiring of audit staff.
• Participate in reporting and evaluation of audit risk areas.
