Overview We are seeking a technically skilled and mission-driven Senior Consultant with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to support data-driven transformation initiatives within the federal healthcare space.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing low-code / no-code solutions and a strong understanding of data architecture, automation, and user experience design.
Experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) or other federal healthcare clients is highly desired.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications, workflows, and dashboards using the Microsoft Power Platform, including :
- ◦ Power Apps ◦ Power Automate (Flow) ◦ Power BI ◦ MS Dataverse ◦ MS Forms
- Configure and maintain low-code solutions using CSS, DAX, HTML, JavaScript, and M to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint sites, site collections, hubs, and embedded content, including implementation of workflows and role-based access controls.
- Administer user accounts, software licenses, and security groups through both self-managed and OI&T-managed portals.
- Lead or support project management activities including task prioritization, scheduling, estimation, and lifecycle planning.
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, support adoption, and manage transition or retirement of applications.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and innovation initiatives.
- Qualifications 6–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, data solutions, or digital transformation. Proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
- Proficiency in CSS, DAX, HTML, JavaScript, and M for low-code solution development. Experience with SharePoint development and administration.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
