As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager

to lead large-scale, podium-style apartment projects in the Greenville area.

About the Position

This is a strategic, long-term leadership role—not a “one and done” project position. The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multi-family projects ranging from $50M to $70M , including those with underground parking garages and podium structures . Projects will be located within a 1-hour radius of Greenville, eliminating the need for extensive travel.

You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from preconstruction through closeout—while managing teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years

of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in multi-family construction .

  • Proven experience managing podium-style apartment projects in the $50M–$70M range, including underground parking garages .
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.
  • Experience working with local municipalities, permitting, and inspections in South Carolina preferred.
  • Ability to drive and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required for highly qualified candidates.

Local or willing to relocate to the Greenville, SC

area; this is a long-term, regionally based role.
