Job description7+ years in IT Service Management Consulting (ITSM). Strong background designing enterprise capabilities & IT services. Ability to develop architectural artifacts (logical architecture, reference diagrams, sequence / system flow diagrams). Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Distributed MQ, Kinesis). Deep knowledge of distributed systems (frontend, backend, integration, data layers). Extensive AWS architecture & hands-on implementation experience. Experience with Snowflake (warehousing, analytics, reporting). Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in Visio for architectural documentation. Experience with TOGAF or similar frameworks. Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with tools like HOPEX, LeanIX, ServiceNow, ArchiMate. Familiarity with AI or Blockchain technologies. Knowledge of secure application design & trusted compute environments. Strong understanding of architecture patterns & standards.

About the Role
We are seeking an Application Architect with strong IT Service Management and cloud architectural expertise. This role involves end-to-end architecture design, governance, solution alignment, and hands-on cloud engineering primarily in AWS along with modern distributed systems and data platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Architecture & Business Alignment
- Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Leverage existing assets, IT strategy, and business needs.
- Implementation Guidance & Team Enablement
- Provide actionable architectural direction based on team capabilities and project context.
- Mentor team members, ensuring successful delivery of solution architecture.
- Strategic Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with application owners, SMEs, product owners, engineers, and governance teams.
- Strengthen Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes.
