Distribution Center Manager

This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business helping our network of local cooperatives, independent dealers and other large retailers serve producers, and animal owners throughout the United States. Through industry-leading R&D and committed partnerships, we innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

As a Distribution Center Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and ensuring that safety, customer service, quality, cost, and inventory control programs for the site meet organizational and regulatory compliance requirements. You will maintain effective business relationships with local sales, customer service and manufacturing plant leaders as well as corporate business partners.

Experience / Education Required :

• Education : High School Diploma / GED required
• Supervisory Experience : 3+ years experience managing people
• Operations : 3+ years of experience with operations and / or warehouse management.
• Ability to demonstrate successful past leadership in operations, warehouse management, and / or managing personnel
• Technology : proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware / software

Salary : $91,120 - $136,680

In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
