Senior Finance Manager - Affordable Housing

SCI, the leading executive search firm in the real estate industry, is seeking a Senior Finance Manage r to join one of the largest developer / owner / operator of affordable housing in its region.

THE POSITION

The Senior Finance Manager is a key member of the company's development team, responsible for leading the financial structuring, underwriting, and closings of complex affordable housing projects. This role ensures long-term financial sustainability of new developments and acquisitions by coordinating equity and debt financing and navigating public and private funding sources.

This position will work across departments, including Asset Management, Property Management, and Finance, and work with the Vice President of Real Estate on development finance strategy. The role may also provide consulting services to partner organizations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong track record of leading successful LIHTC-financed projects on GP, LP, Syndication or Lending / CDFI side.
• Expertise in financial modeling, debt / equity structuring, and real estate closings.
• Knowledge of affordable housing funding sources and compliance requirements.
