Practice Setting : Outpatient Pediatric Office Reason for Coverage : Provider Vacancies & Maternity Leave Dates of Coverage : ASAP-4 / 30 / 25 Schedule : Weekdays, Mon-Fri, 8-5pm Call Schedule : No Call Call Ratio : No Call Average Number of Well Check Visits Per Day : 24 visits scheduled daily (20 min), with 4-8 well child visits per day on average Number of Physicians in Practice : 3 part-time How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage : 0 Will the Locums be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers : No Number of Exam Rooms : 6 Describe Office Equipment : POC : flu, strep, covid, lead, hearing, vision, etc. Describe Support Staff : Full interprofessional pediatric primary care team including nurses, community health workers, and medical assistants.
