TITLE : ER Unit Coordinator / Nurse / RN

LOCATION : Centerburg, Ohio

What they are looking for :

  • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification required
  • Previous charge / supervisory or management experience

Hours and compensation potential :

  • Position is full time day shift. 7am-3 : 30pm.
  • Range is between $31hr(64480)-$49(101920) depending on experience. Full benefit package included as well as a 15K sign-on bonus.

    • What you will be doing :

  • Provides shift leadership and oversight for daily unit operations as designated by the Department Director.
  • Ensures quality of delivered patient care to patients of all ages across the life span.
  • Collaborates intra / interdepartmentally with staff, directors, physicians, administration and others.
  • Participates in patient care activities both directly and indirectly as a resource to staff members.
  • Delivers direct / indirect patient care. Utilizes the nursing process or designated scope of practice through data collection and assessment.
  • Identifies and prioritizes patient's problems and needs; and development / implementation / evaluation of a nursing plan of care (RN).
  • Demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality age specific care. Delegates effectively to appropriate team members.
  • Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory / accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.
