What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions found during patrols to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to tenants, guests, and employees.

Document all incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and / or restricted areas as directed by site-specific procedures.

Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations and / or medical emergencies, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
