Associate Director - Digital Product Deployment

Purpose of the Role

Deploys and supports Digital & Technology (D&T) products into the NA market, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands D&T enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings, and operational effectiveness.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Drive business deployment in the focus market for D&T, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
  • Lead planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and AI product deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
  • Ensure successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes
  • Support local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
  • Manage requirements and validation including local data, systems integration, and cross‑product integration
  • Accountable for business sign‑off and validation
  • Support focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU‑specific priorities
  • Handle front‑line issue management across D&T products landing in the country

  • Pay

    The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

    Bonus

    This position is bonus eligible.

    Long‑Term Incentive (LTI)

    This position is LTI eligible.
