Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and develop contracts in accordance with applicable laws and policies
Manage the Contract Management System, including record creation and updates
Identify and implement process improvements for efficient contract administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, paralegal degree, or Juris Doctorate
Four years of contracting or legal-related experience may substitute for the degree requirement
Experience in negotiating and administering public or private service contracts
Proficiency in Word and Excel, with experience in Smartsheet
Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively in diverse environments
