Think Traffic is looking for a Digital Designer (West Coast) who combines creative thinking with strong design execution. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a solid understanding of digital platforms, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. This person thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates effectively, and adapts their design approach based on feedback and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design concepts for digital, social, motion, and print platforms
- Create logos, digital assets, animations, motion graphics, and social content
- Present design concepts to internal teams and incorporate feedback effectively
- Prepare materials and visuals for client presentations
- Maintain and organize design files and digital archives
- Collaborate closely with the Art Department and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
Associate degree (minimum) in Advertising, Communication Design, Visual Arts, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred1–2 years of professional experience in a design or agency settingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)Leverages AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway) to enhance creative ideation, image generation, and workflow efficiency.Familiarity with HTML / CSS and motion / interactive design tools is a plusStrong understanding of social media platforms and content designDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent visual composition, typography, and image editing skillsPhotography or video editing experience a plusTo apply, email your cover letter, resume, and portfolio to info@think-traffic.com.
