DEMA Engineering Co. has an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Operations Team at our Gerald Industries facility located in Gerald, MO. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll drive performance, quality, and process improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts.
• Analyze material flow and production methods to boost efficiency.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement Lean / Six Sigma improvements.
• Support new product launches and automation efforts (robotics, 3D printing, CNC).
• Assist with troubleshooting, ERP integration, and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff on process changes.
• Maintain documentation, safety, and compliance standards.
