We are seeking a driven and strategic Channel Manager to expand, manage, and optimize our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing relationships with channel partners in North America, including resellers, referral partners, marketplaces and system integrators, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and contract new channel partners aligned with company strategy.
  • Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure partner readiness.
  • Provide sales tools, product knowledge, and ongoing support to maximize partner success.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and partner-focused initiatives.
  • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and support needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Achieve channel sales targets through partner-led opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback from partners to inform product development and market positioning.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Must reside in Eastern or Central standard time zones.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel / partner management, business development, or sales.
  • Proven success building and scaling channel programs in SaaS or technology.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience using CRM and partner management tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Confident, high energy, goal oriented, and resilient with a growth mindset.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to negotiate, influence, and close deals through partners.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable.
  • As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
