Swoon collaborates with a global leader in mission-critical hardware and system solutions , specializing in precision energetics and advanced explosive technologies . We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to join our team.

Location : On-site in Graham, Kentucky (relocation assistance available if needed)

Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 + 5-10% bonus

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoD, DHS, and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee hazardous waste management, emergency response, and safety compliance initiatives (e.g., LOTO, PPE, Confined Spaces).
• Perform facility inspections, maintain EHS records, and prepare reports.
• Provide EHS training and certification programs, and promote incident prevention.
• Support a safety-focused organizational culture.
• Lead employee safety committees and Behavior-Based Safety programs.
• Collaborate with employees, management, customers, and regulatory agencies to foster a proactive safety environment.
