Solid mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills (hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC / VFD / HVAC a plus)
Reliability, safety focus, and strong work ethic
Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, cold environments)
High school diploma or equivalent (bilingual English / Spanish is a plus)
