Accounting Project Manager for St. Louis, MO to support integrating business process & data creation, roll-out of organization-wide S / 4HANA SAP system in the finance / accounting area assuming responsibility for Asset Accounting; collaborate with project team to design activities derived from SAP central template & meeting all local functional & non-functional requirements; contribute to the design of future North American process by engaging with appropriate U.S. business process owners to adjust the global SAP template to safeguard the global standard. Requires Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related field & 3 yrs experience in providing input for the design & implementation of S / 4HANA SAP system; managing implementation of new asset accounting processes in FI-AA SAP module; leading & orchestrating asset accounting master data cleansing activities engaging with internal out of country service providers; ensuring adherence to SAP global process standard designed to follow International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) while addressing necessary local adjustments; ensuring diligent implementation of project methodology in line with global guidance; managing & conducting training activities on SAP system for large user groups; consulting with business owners, leads & subject matter experts to validate business process, data, controls & security solutions; & ensuring compliant documentation standards by engaging with diverse stakeholder groups outside of own function. Telecommuting permitted from home office location within reasonable commuting distance of St. Louis, MO up to two days per week. Up to 20% U.S. & int'l travel req'd. Salary Range : Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $137,700.00 to $165,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. The offered salary may vary within this range based on an applicant's location, market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
