GENERAL SUMMARY : The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Element Cares digital platforms to increase inquiries, engagement, and enrollments. This role combines hands-on execution with creative strategy to support marketing, communications, and enrollment initiatives while driving measurable growth in community awareness and participant enrollment.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Website Management :   Maintains and updates the Element Care website in WordPress, ensuring fresh, accurate, and engaging content. Optimizes the site for user experience, accessibility and leads conversion.
 - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Develops and implements SEO strategies to improve search rankings, increase web traffic and boost inquiries. Monitors analytics and provides regular performance reports with recommendations.
 - Digital Advertising :   Manages paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook / LinkedIn Ads, etc.) focused on driving awareness, inquiries and enrollments.
 - Email Marketing :   Creates, deploys and tracks email marketing campaigns designed to potentials, caregivers and referral partners.
 - Digital & Social Media :   Creates and manages social media advertising campaigns that highlight enrollment opportunities and Element Cares impact. Collaborates on content creation that reflects Element Cares mission and drives calls-to-action.
 - CRM Updates (Salesforce) :   Ensures accuracy to support tracking of referrals, inquiries and enrollments.
 - Project Tracking & Reporting :   Tracks campaign outcomes and deliverables to ensure deadlines and enrollment goals are met. Provides detailed analytics and reporting on digital marketing performance, inquiries and enrollment trends.
 - Digital Trends & Innovation :   Stays current with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices Recommends new strategies and technologies to enhance visibility and increase enrollment digitally.
 - Performs other duties as needed
 
Job Specification :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).24 years of experience in digital marketing, including website management, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertisingHands-on experience with WordPress (required)Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and SEO toolsFamiliarity with Salesforce CRMStrong writing and editing skills with attention to detailDemonstrated success in developing campaigns that increase inquiries, leads, or enrollmentsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMission-driven with a passion for serving seniors and the communityStrong understanding of customer service, sales, outreach, and marketing principles and practicesExcellent computer skills and high-level proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointCOVID Vaccinated preferred.Compensation details : 60000-78000 Yearly Salary
