Job Title : Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a shock assembly plant where you will utilize hand and power tools to construct shock absorbers for a variety of Polaris equipment, including ATVs, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, and motorcycles. This role involves working on a production line to assemble shocks based on written instructions in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas.

Responsibilities

• Assemble shocks following written work instructions on a production line.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively in the assembly process.
• Meet daily production quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds as part of the assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Work Environment

The work setting is a manufacturing facility with long metal table stations and close quarters on the production line. The environment can be very hot, with fans providing ventilation due to the use of power tools. The dress code is casual, appropriate for a hands-on assembly role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riverside, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 / hr.
