Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial transactions including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments and preparing change orders.
- Assist tellers and other front-line staff with more complex transactions and provide overrides / approvals on escalated transactions.
- Assist customers with opening accounts, processing check orders, issuing debit cards, general maintenance on existing accounts, and other account-related duties as needed.
