Job Title : Real Estate Attorney

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and experience handling a variety of real estate transactions. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal guidance and support on real estate matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and representing clients in real estate negotiations and litigation.

Responsibilities :

Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions
Draft and review real estate contracts and agreements
Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
Represent clients in real estate negotiations and litigation
Stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations

Requirements :

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Active license to practice law in the state of Utah

3+ years of experience practicing real estate law

Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and agreements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
