Business Analyst I - E49 This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Annual Salary, $61,748.27 + Full State Employee Benefits Job related travel is OCCASIONAL. Must possess a valid drivers license and must maintain required car insurance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional level experience in business or public administration; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting one (1) year of experience for each year of the required degree. GENERAL FUNCTION Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities involving identifying developing, analyzing, evaluating and / or improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, policies, procedures, manpower utilization, functions of management, equipment, etc., for the agency. Employees will gather, analyze, and evaluate information regarding the agency and make appropriate recommendations about planned changes and implementation method.
In addition, employees may work to ensure stakeholders understand the change initiatives and are prepared to adopt new processes, systems, support structures, etc.
Positions in this job family may also act as lead for all levels of change management activities for agency.
Job Responsibilities This position is responsible for optimizing manpower utilization while also analyzing data to enhance social services programs.
This role involves real-time workforce management, detailed data analysis, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and data-driven decision-making.
