We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies with a strong focus on social media to attract new patients, build community trust, and support practice growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the healthcare industry’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote practice services, events, and community outreach programs.

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) with engaging, compliant, and patient-focused content.

Create compelling content (graphics, videos, blog posts, newsletters) that aligns with HIPAA regulations and medical ethics.

Monitor social media analytics, track campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize engagement and reach.

Collaborate with practice leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, such as increasing patient appointments or promoting new services.

Coordinate community events, health fairs, or educational workshops to enhance brand visibility.

Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) within budget constraints.

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials, both digital and print.

Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year focused on social media management.

Proven success in creating and managing social media content for a business or organization (portfolio or examples required).

Familiarity with healthcare marketing and HIPAA compliance preferred.

Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus.
