• Competitive salary $135,000 - $155,000 / year, depending on experience\n

• M-F, 40 hrs / week\n
• This FNP / PA will be seeing all ages with a focus on the quality of patient care, seeing an average of 18 patients / day.\n
• Working in a collaborative team setting to provide primary care as well as health coaching and education to help individuals manage their chronic conditions for a better quality of life\n
