A privately held real estate investment and development firm is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Paralegal to support its legal, transactions, and asset management functions. This role is ideal for someone experienced in commercial real estate who can manage documentation across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and construction. The position requires strong drafting skills, deadline awareness, and the ability to work in a fast paced, transaction driven environment.
