Lucayan Technology LLC is hiring a  Program Manager  to lead a mission-critical government contract in Chantilly, VA. This position requires strong program leadership, customer engagement, and contract management skills. As the  primary interface with the customer , you will oversee program execution, ensure contractual compliance, and lead a high-performing team in support of national security objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead program execution and serve as the  primary point of contact  with government stakeholders.
  • Provide programmatic leadership to staff, subcontractors, and executive leadership.
  • Manage deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee subcontractor relationships, agreements, and compliance.
  • Support workforce development, career growth, and staffing strategies.
  • Provide risk assessments and mitigation plans to ensure program success.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Active  TS / SCI with Polygraph  clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, STEM, or related field).
  • 6+ years of Program Management experience (10+ years preferred).
  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering, IT, or Information Assurance experience.
  • Experience managing contracts of comparable size and complexity.
  • Subcontractor management experience.

    • Preferred :

  • Master’s degree in Business or STEM field.
  • Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) organizations.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
  • IAM Level II Certification (CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP-Associate, GSCL).
