Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Responsibilities include, obtaining and / or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Requirements : current license as a registered nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia, certified or recertified by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

• 40 hours, customizable schedule (2 8s and 2 12s, 5 8s, etc)
• Cases : General, Ortho, Neuro, EP, Vascular, Thoracic, Cardiac (open heart), Bariatrics, Endoscopy, OB, Ophthalmology, and limited Pediatrics
• Care team model
• OT eligible
• EPIC
• CRNA to MD Ratio 3 : 1
