A company is looking for a Senior SRE Manager to lead their Confluence U.S. team of Site Reliability Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of Site Reliability Engineers to enhance their professional development
Collaborate with engineering managers and technical leaders to contribute to strategic decisions
Drive cultural change focused on technical quality and efficiency within the team
Required Qualifications
Experience in growing technical leaders and teams
5+ years of experience implementing reliability and scale principles
3+ years of experience influencing teams with data and insights
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
5+ years of experience with large-scale distributed systems and microservices
