Workiva Implementation Lead

Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Workiva Implementation Lead responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of Workiva s cloud-based platform for financial reporting, compliance, and ESG solutions. This role involves leading project teams, engaging with clients to understand business requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, efficient solutions.

Required Skills :

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Workiva Platform Certification
• PMP or other project management credentials
• 5 years of experience in software implementation or consulting, preferably with Workiva or similar platforms
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and implementing Workiva
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, SOX / internal controls, and ESG frameworks
• Familiarity with data integration, automation, and cloud-based systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
